Our Flower School has temporarily moved online as we continue to bring our seasonal and sustainable flower arranging lessons to flower lovers, florists and flower arrangers in Scotland, the UK and around the world. Join us in our virtual flower studio from the comfort of your own home for a 4-part informative series in garden-inspired floristry.

A sustainable, garden-inspired floristry practice involves having a conscious awareness of your materials; knowing exactly where they came from and how they were grown or growing them yourself. Being attuned to those materials and the season and landscape that yields them requires listening, practice and experience. We have been designing flowers for 40 years and designing with the flowers we grow ourselves on our farm for 3 years. On this course we will share what we have learned throughout that journey as well as the principles of garden-inspired floral design that we follow and use in our own practice. This series will help you to enhance your personal design style with sustainability, beauty and meaning at the forefront to create floral arrangements to truly love and admire.

Part 2: Garden-inspired Floristry Methods & Principles
