How Seasonal Pursuits Works

BECOME A MEMBER

Choose a monthly or annual membership and gain immediate access to our growing library of seasonal resources. Browse illustrated guides, downloadable workbooks, live and recorded workshops, and practical tools designed to deepen your seasonal practice. You can work through the materials at your own pace.

JOIN THE LIVE

Each month, we gather for a 30 minute live session: Designing with What the Land Gives.

We will create a floral design using the month’s unique seasonal ingredients. A cutting list is shared in advance of the workshop so you can arrange alongside us.

All sessions are recorded, allowing you to watch, or rewatch, in your own time.

COMMUNITY

Members are invited to join our Instagram channel: Hands & Flowers. A place where we share additional seasonal notes, reflections from the field and studio, and practical guidance connected to each month’s learning. It is a place to ask questions, join the conversation, and deepen your understanding of the materials.

BENEFITS

As a Seasonal Pursuits member, you will receive 10% off all in-person workshops and courses throughout the year. Join is in-person in in the studio and on the farm for hands-on workshops and courses. Your online membership is complemented by the opportunity to step into the real-life experience.

As a member you’ll have continuous access to all seasonal workshops, illustrated guides and resources, not just what’s new each month.

There is no fixed pathway or finish line; instead, it is an expanding collection of thoughtful resources you can revisit and work with as your practice evolves.

You can join on a monthly or yearly basis, with access to the full library of workshops, guides, and resources as it grows throughout the year. Membership is flexible and designed to support you for as long as it feels useful to your floristry and growing practice.

OUR STORY & PHILOSOPHY

In 2018, after Louisina’s forty years in the floral industry, and Lauren's lifetime of growing up in a flower shop, we bought a few bulbs and a packet of seeds. The flowers grew, and so did we.

What began as an interest became an obsession, not just with the flowers themselves, but with how they made us feel; the sense of achievement, the beauty, the meaning, and the intimacy of being truly connected to our materials.

We learned everything we know by doing; growing the flowers, working the land, arranging the flowers, and letting each process lead the way. When we started tuning in to a seasonal rhythm, something shifted. The work became clearer, more meaningful, and endlessly inspiring. We have been listening ever since.

Seasonal Pursuits is the space we wish we’d had at the beginning. We have created it for you and we continue learning through it too. It exists to support a more thoughtful way of working with flowers, shaped by seasonality, creativity, patience, sustainability, and care.
